Its full title is Up The Wooden Hill To Bedfordshire, and it's what Lush Co-Founder Mo used to say to her children at bedtime when they were still shorter than she is (which is a very long time ago).

How to try: 
If you've only got time for a shower (or you've only got a shower), pop this in the bottom of the shower and turn on the warm water for an aromatic sleeping potion. Then step out of the steam carefree and dozy.

How to store:
Store somewhere cool and dry until ready for try.
